⭑ You will agree to the policy of using the art for personal, non-profit purposes unless otherwise stated, and provide all image credits to me.
⭑ Violators will be added to my blacklist indefinitely and without warning.
⭑ By commissioning me, you confirm you are at least 18 and above or have a legal parent/guardian to agree to all of the terms of service as listed above.G E N E R A L⭑ You, the Client, may display my work on external sites as long as it is visibly credited back to me using one of the following handles:

⭑ You may not claim my work as your own.
⭑ Do not change, modify, edit, trace or use my works without my permission.
⭑ My work cannot be used for AI (Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, AI/ML Training, NFT, blockchain) or any for profit platforms or purposes. Such usage is completely prohibited and may result in legal action taken.
⭑ I reserve the copyright to my work and the right to publish them on social media and my portfolio.
⭑ I reserve the right to decline a commission for any reason.C O M M E R C I A L ͏͏͏ ͏͏͏ ͏͏͏U S A G E ͏͏͏ ͏͏͏ ͏͏͏A G R E E M E N T⭑ COMMERCIAL use is embedded into the price unless other wise stated (ie Pattern commissions). However, I reserve the right to charge more if I deem fit depending on the complexity of the request.
⭑ The following cases are considered commercial use: Reproducing and selling the artwork, publicly or privately, cases where you receive profit from a medium/platform where you have posted my artwork, (eg. Patreon, TikTok, YouTube, Twitch, a personal business site, business cards etc).P E R S O N A L ͏͏͏ ͏͏͏U S A G E ͏͏͏ ͏͏͏ ͏͏͏A G R E E M E N T⭑ You reserve the right to print or create an otherwise physical reproduction of the artwork as long as it is for your PERSONAL use only (ie. NOT for sale).
⭑ You may not use PERSONAL commission work for commercial use unless otherwise discussed.
⭑ PERSONAL use includes: Social media profile pictures, signatures, layouts, themes, wallpapers, personal website/profile displays, social media posts, physical prints and products.C O P Y R I G H T⭑ I reserve the right to sign and/or watermark my own work. I will send you watermarked glazed showcase for posting online and non-watermarked high-res images by vgen.
⭑ I will provide art updates along the way. The sketches, colors, and near completion of the work will be watermarked.
⭑ I retain all copyright and ownership of my work, which includes but may not be limited to redistributing, reproducing, advertising, displaying the work in my websites, social media and portfolios according to my discretion.
⭑ I may repurpose unused revisions/sketches/drafts for future projects, personal or otherwise under the condition that it does not infringe upon the Client's intellectual property right and ownership (i.e character design, branding, likeness)N D A ⭑ P R I V A C Y ͏͏͏ ͏͏͏ ͏͏͏R E Q U E S T⭑ If you wish for your request to be private, it must be stated during the ordering process.
⭑ I reserve the right to charge a fee if I deem fit.
⭑ The privacy request entails that I am not allowed to share any WIPs on social media.
⭑ However, this also means that you must refrain from sharing any such spoilers yourself.
⭑ This is especially important to consider if you are a Vtuber and want me to keep assets private until your debut.
⭑ The NDA fee usually starts at +15% of the total quote, but it might differ and the fee can be waived.A I ( A R T I F I C I A L ͏͏͏ ͏͏͏ ͏͏͏I N T E L L I G E N C E) U S A G E⭑ The usage of AI on any of my work is strictly prohibited, and will result in any and all licenses being revoked effective immediately. This includes personal licenses, monetized content licenses, and commercial licenses.
⭑ The use of AI refers to, but is not limited to:
✦ Altering the work in any shape or form using AI (including videos, touchups, animations, and more)
✧ Feeding the work into any AI
✦ Using the work to replicate my style with AI
✧ Approving/Consenting to a 3rd party to do any of the above for you
⭑ In case of the TOS being broken, a takedown of the work will be issued and may result in legal action taken.O R D E R I N G⭑ You may order directly through Vgen: vgen.co/Parween
⭑ Please provide clear reference images and descriptions for your commission as I will not redraw the whole work.
⭑ Do not provide any AI references, I will decline your commission if you do.
⭑ I usually take up to 2-3 business days to respond to your initial order inquiry.
⭑ You will then get a reply from me discussing the details of your request as well as me confirming the total amount.
⭑ Extra⭑: Depending on the complexity of the request additional charges will be deliberated with the client and added to the total before payment is due.
⭑ After everything has been confirmed I will send you a proposal through Vgen.
⭑ I will start the commission only when payment has been sent. I will not make any preliminary sketches, or any form of art before payment.
⭑ The Client acknowledges the products delivered are DIGITAL, and there are no physical shipped goods to receive.

⭑ If the price is below $100 the client must pay upfront 100% the total commission price. If it's above $100 the client can request to do 50/50 payment.
⭑ For 50/50 payment it will go as follows: accept request + I send a proposal > client pays half > sketches and more sketches > client chooses final design(s) > client pays other half of proposal > I make final revisions and deliver the work to the client.
⭑ Once the proposal has been sent, the Client agrees to pay within 5 days. If payment is not made in a timely manner the commission will be canceled unless circumstances are communicated in advance.
⭑ Repeated counts of commissioning a project and failing to pay will result in blacklisting.
⭑ Please do not disclose any personal information found in the transaction process/invoiceR E F U N D S⭑ I can refund 100% of the payment only if I have not started working on the sketch.
⭑ If the Client wishes to cancel the commission after I started please contact me as soon as possible, the Client will receive a partial refund and will receive the art as is.
⭑ If I cancel a project due to personal reasons, I will give a 100% refund.
⭑ If the Client is active on social media but fails to respond to any of my messages from Vgen, Email, or from any social media platform after three months (92 days) I will cancel the commission and provide a partial refund. The client will receive the art as is, if there are multiple WIPs they will have to choose.
⭑ Once the commission is finished no further changes and no refunds will be made.
⭑ Chargebacks are not permitted. Purposefully issuing a chargeback without contacting me to cancel/refund a project will result in immediate blacklistingR E V I S I O N S ͏͏͏ ͏͏͏ ͏͏͏& ͏͏͏ ͏͏͏ ͏͏͏F E E D B A C K⭑ I am not responsible for any unsatisfactory element of the finished design if no feedback was given to amend it.
⭑ If you are new to commissioning me there are a maximum amount of changes you can ask for:
⭑ Logo: There is a maximum of 10 changes within the process of making your logo.
⭑ Emblem: There is a maximum of 10 changes within the process of making your icon/emblem/crest/motif.
⭑ Wallpaper: There is a maximum of 10 changes within the process of making your wallpaper.
⭑ Pattern: There is a maximum of 5 changes within the process of making your pattern.
⭑ Emote: There is a maximum of 3 changes per emote within the process of making your emotes.
⭑ If you are a returning commissioner there are no maximum amount of changes.
⭑ After the order is completed, minor changes such as color adjustments are allowed if the missing or inaccurate elements are my faults (i.e., the color is not the right shade of blurple).
⭑ I will take my time making your order as I am busy and mainly work on art during the night.
⭑ There is no Rush Fee as there is no option to speed up the process. Please be patient as your commission is being worked on.
⭑ Life, technology, and other factors may hinder when a commission will be finished. If there are any unforeseen circumstances I will contact you, the client, as soon as possible.
⭑ If the Client needs to pause the commission for any reason for a long extended period please let me know as soon as possible.F I N A L ͏͏͏ ͏͏͏ ͏͏͏P R O D U C T⭑ You, the Client, are responsible for saving any information, images, and other digital data I provide.
⭑ Any file you paid for will be available from me for a finite time only. I take measures to preserve most files but I cannot guarantee against computer failure or accidental deletion or loss.
⭑ I will send over the finished digital art via Vgen (in some special cases email or discord as well) in 300 dpi (printing) and 72 dpi (online use).
⭑ Logos, Watermarks & Vtuber Logos: 2000px or higher
⭑ Emblems/Motifs/Icons/Crests: 2000px or higher
⭑ Patterns: 2000px or higher
⭑ Emotes & Badges: 2000px, 500px, 112px, 56px, and 28px
⭑ Discord Stickers : 2000px & 500px
⭑ Master files: EPS or SVG, and Adobe Illustrator formats are available and embedded into the price for for logos, watermarks, emblem and commercial pattern commissions. Editable Photoshop files may cost extra depending on the complexity of the design.
⭑ Master files are +100% the total price for emotes/badges/stickers

⭑If a commission is NOT under NDA and a client does not provide an approval date to post the design on vgen/social media, the design will be posted on social media a month after it has been finished.✧ ------ ✦DONT's
